Our size chart lists ring width as half the width of the fabric we cut, so send us your measurements and we'll work out the cut size.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFor a pillow insert, measure the inside of the cover or the old pillow lying flat.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eWe cut ring length slightly long on purpose, so you can fold back any extra when you stuff it into the cover. The fill is Eco-Fill fiber made from recycled water bottles. Machine wash on cool. Squeeze out as much water as you can by hand, then dry on very low heat or lay it out in the sun.
