Directions

SHAKE WELL vigorously for at least 10 seconds before each use. Spray evenly over the horse's coat while avoiding the eyes, nostrils, mouth, and other sensitive areas. Brush thoroughly into coat for an even better coverage and a healthier coat.

Because this product relies on natural plant oils rather than synthetic insecticides, reapply as needed, especially after heavy sweating, rain, bathing, or prolonged turnout.

For best results, apply liberally and reapply every 2–4 hours or after sweating/swimming, especially in high fly-pressure conditions. As a natural, non-DEET formula, this product is designed to repel rather than instantly eliminate flies on contact, some insects may still land briefly before being deterred.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of insect repellents, effectiveness can vary based on environmental factors outside our control — fly/insect pressure, application method, frequency of reapplication, weather, and coat/moisture conditions at time of use. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on perceived effectiveness once a product has been opened or used.

Returns for insect repellent products follow our standard policy: unused, unopened, original packaging, within 30 days — or a verified manufacturing defect.

Due to the nature of grooming products, opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, was shipped in error, or has a verified manufacturing defect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
