Our product line includes organic cotton and fleece pet beds, toys, natural pet shampoos, dry shampoos, sunscreen, salves, and daily care products. Each item is designed to support comfort, skin health, and long-term wellness using organic, sustainable and chemically safe ingredients. Good for pets, people and the planet.
Yes. Chemical safety is our top priority. We avoid harsh chemicals, flame retardants, synthetic fragrances, and unnecessary additives commonly found in conventional pet products. Our materials are chosen to be safe for daily contact, including pets that lick, chew, or have sensitive skin.
Our products are designed and crafted in Portland, Maine, USA, items are handmade in small batches.
Whenever possible, yes. We use organic oils and plant-based ingredients in our grooming and wellness products. Our beds and toys are made from (GOTS - Global Organic Textile Standard) certified cotton duck and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. Any non-organic materials are selected for safety, durability, and low environmental impact. We do not test our products on animals and strive to source ingredients from suppliers that share our cruelty-free philosophy.
We are among the few brands dedicated to using organic, chemically safe ingredients across our entire line of pet beds, dog treats, grooming and wellness products. Every item is crafted with a deep sense of consciousness, ensuring that safety is the primary driver behind every material and ingredient we select. Every ingredient we use is safe for dogs, cats, horses and humans, with the exception of our bug spray which is not safe for cats and kittens.
Yes. Pets—especially those with light-colored fur, thin coats, or exposed skin (like noses, ears, and bellies)—can be vulnerable to sunburn and long-term sun damage. Just like humans, repeated sun exposure can lead to irritation and more serious skin issues over time. Using a safe, pet-specific sunscreen helps protect these sensitive areas during outdoor activity.
Our formula keeps dogs, cats, and horses fresh without the stress of a bath by using Bentonite & Moroccan Clay, Carob, Arrowroot and Orris Powders to physically bind to dirt, odors, and excess oils. Leaves the coat looks vibrant and voluminous rather than chalky or dull. To refresh your animal, simply shake the powder onto the coat, massage it down to the skin, let it sit for a moment to absorb impurities, and then thoroughly brush it out to leave the coat clean and soft.

Returns
1. Grooming & Wellness Products
You can return most new, unopened grooming and wellness items within 30 days of delivery for a full, no-questions-asked refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
2. Beds (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We want your pet's bed to arrive in perfect condition. Beds may be returned for a full refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. We will provide a free return shipping label for any beds that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
3. Beds (Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind)
We are a small business dedicated to chemical safety, hygiene, and providing pristine products for sensitive pets, returned beds require hands-on care to inspect before they can be re-homed.
For returns due to sizing, color choice, or a change of mind, the bed must be completely unused, clean, and free of pet hair and shipped back to our mill at the customers expense. To give you the best value, we offer two return options:

Option A: Return for 100% Store Credit (Best Value!) We will completely waive the 10% restocking fee. You will receive a digital gift card for the full purchase price of the bed, minus only the actual original outbound shipping costs incurred by the carrier when we sent the bed to you. Your final store credit will equal the original purchase price minus the original outbound shipping cost.

Option B: Refund to Your Original Payment Method A 10% restocking fee and the actual original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund to cover non-recoverable payment processing transactions and the physical labor required to process the return.. Your final refund amount will equal the original purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and minus the original outbound shipping cost.
Return Shipping, Packing Plastic & Vacuum-Sealed Beds: The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping via the carrier of their choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Square beds should be securely wrapped in plastic that is at least 3mil in weight to prevent bed from becoming damaged during shipment. Please note that our bolster beds are shipped vacuum-sealed (to 1/4 their true size) to keep initial shipping costs as low as possible. Once opened, these beds expand to their full size and cannot fit back into their original packaging. You will need to source a larger box to return the expanded bed to us.
4. How to Return Your Bed

Please reach out to us at admin@sitstayforever.com with your order number. Let us know if you prefer Store Credit or a Refund so we can flag your account.

Package your unused, clean bed securely. If the bed was vacuum-sealed and opened, ensure you use a larger box that comfortably fits the expanded bed.

Once we receive the bed at our facility and inspect it for cleanliness, we will issue your digital store credit or process your refund to your original method of payment.

After you’ve shipped your return, please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. In many cases, your refund may be processed more quickly. This time frame includes:
Transit time for the return (5 to 10 business days)
Processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days)
Bank processing time for the refund (5 to 10 business days)

Shipping
Grooming products, toys and biscuits will ship the same day when orders are received early. Orders placed later in the day ship the next business day.
Weekend timing: orders placed late on Friday are often shipped Saturday, but always by Monday. In some cases, packages dropped off Saturday are not processed by the post office until Monday.
Beds usually ship within 1-3 days since they're all made to order. If the shipping will go past that time, we will reach out to the customer directly through the email they provided in their order and let them know.
Special shipping situations: We are a small, family-owned business, and at times we may be traveling for trade events, business needs, or holidays. During these periods, orders will not ship until we return. Whenever this occurs, we will clearly post a notice on our website so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.
