At Sit Stay Forever, we use only GOTS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics, ensuring your pet’s bed is free from harmful chemicals and safe for everyday use.
Why This Bed Is Different
Our beds are made from hefty 10 oz. organic cotton duck, a tightly woven canvas known for its strength and longevity. Traditionally constructed with double warp threads, this fabric creates a dense, durable surface designed to withstand years of use.
Cotton duck is a tightly woven cotton canvas made by doubling the warp threads and interlacing them with a single weft, creating a dense, durable fabric. This structure resists wear and tearing while remaining breathable and comfortable for everyday use.
Each bed is:

- Pre-washed and pre-shrunk for consistent sizing and easy care
You may notice a slight natural crinkle when your bed arrives—this is part of the pre-washing process and will relax with use.

Note: Medium, Large, XL, and XXL sizes may require a commercial-capacity washer.
Sizing
Please note that we use a soft measuring tape and measure from seam to seam for our measure. Depending on how much the bed is scrunched up, the overall outside dimensions can vary by 1–2 inches, especially on larger sizes. We cannot provide free return postage on beds that are the wrong size or color. Please reach out to us before you order to discuss your particular situation. admin@sitstayforever.com

Each bed is handmade and may vary slightly in size (±1–2 inches). We use a soft tape to measure beds size, from seam to seam.
Returns
Beds may be returned for a full refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. We will provide a free return shipping label for any beds that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Beds (Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind)
For returns due to sizing, color choice, or a change of mind, the bed must be completely unused, clean, and free of pet hair and shipped back to our mill at the customers expense. To give you the best value, we offer two return options:
Option A: Return for 100% Store Credit (Best Value!) We will completely waive the 10% restocking fee. You will receive a digital gift card for the full purchase price of the bed, minus only the actual original outbound shipping costs incurred by the carrier when we sent the bed to you. Your final store credit will equal the original purchase price minus the original outbound shipping cost.
Option B: Refund to Your Original Payment Method A 10% restocking fee and the actual original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund to cover non-recoverable payment processing transactions and the physical labor required to process the return.. Your final refund amount will equal the original purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and minus the original outbound shipping cost.
Return Shipping & Packing Our Square Beds: The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping via the carrier of their choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Please wrap the beds in a heavy 3 mil plastic to ensure the beds does not get damaged on its way back to our shop.
How to Return Your Bed
- Email us at admin@sitstayforever.com and include your order number. Please let us know whether you prefer Store Credit or a Refund.
- Ensure the bed is unused, clean, and free of pet hair. Wrap the bed securely in heavy-duty 3 mil plastic to help protect it during transit.
- Purchase a trackable shipping label from the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and ship the package to:
