Beds are measured seam-to-seam using a soft measuring tape. Because each bed is handcrafted and filled by hand, dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2 inches, especially in larger sizes.

If your bed arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. For returns due to sizing, color selection, or preference changes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned beds must be clean and unused to qualify for a refund.
