Round Pet Bed Bolster Ring Pillow insert

Our inserts are made from Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified spun nylon, ensuring they are chemically safe. They are filled with Eco-Fill fiber, a hypoallergenic material made from recycled water bottles. This fiber contains no chemicals or flame retardants, making it safe for both pets and children.  Designed with the well-being of pets, people, and the planet in mind. 

If you are purchasing this ring to fit another brand, please be aware at all manufacturers make their beds a bit different.  Our sizing chart can be found in the images section of our product listing. We want you to know that the "width" of these bolster rings are listed at 1/2 the measurement of the width of the fabric we cut to make the ring.

Your insert is made from OEKO -TEX standard 100 certification for chemical safety. It can be machine washed on cool. Take ring out of washing and hand squeeze out as much water as possible The insert can be place in very low temperature dryer and just left out in the sun to dry.

Shipping

Our chemically safe bolster ring inserts are custom built at time of order. Normal turn around is 2-3 days.  If you're not sure as to what size would be best for your existing bed EMAIL US We can make custom sized inserts

Shipping is a significant portion of the total cost of this insert. To keep affordability as low as possible, we shrink-wrap the bed to fit the smallest box possible. Once unpacked , it will expand to its full size within minutes. Its important to open the shipped bed from its packaging as quickly as possible to reduce the time it takes for wrinkles to disappear.

Returns

Unlike our other products which are all offered with free shipping, our beds and inserts are handled differently. We price our beds and inserts to include the price of shipping, so while there is no separate shipping charge at checkout, the outbound shipping cost are there and very real. If you change your mind about size, or simply decide the insert isn't right for you, and need to return the insert, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the insert to our shop. Once we receive the insert back to our shop and its in like new condition, you will be issued a refund (or store credit) for the price you paid minus the actual carrier cost we paid to send the insert to you plus a 10% restocking fee. Of course if your insert arrives damaged, defective or we made an error on your order, we cover all shipping expenses, no questions asked.

Inserts returned because of customer wanting another size, or simple change of mind:

Inserts must be completely unused, clean and free of pet hair and shipped back to our mill at the customer's expenses.

OPTION A:

Return for Store Credit (Best Value!) We will completely waive the 10% restocking fee. You will receive a digital gift card for the full price you paid for the insert minus the original shipping cost to to get the insert to you. Customer is still responsible for shipping the bed back to our shop.

OPTION B:

Refund to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost plus a 10% handling fee. Customer is still responsible for shipping the bed back to our shop.

Getting the Beds Back to Our Shop

The customer is responsible for packing and shipping the unused insert back to our shop via the carrier of their choice. Please note that our inserts are vacuum sealed to about 1/4 their original size to keep shipping costs al low as possible. Once opened the insert will expand and will not fit into the box used to ship to the customer. The customer will either need to vacuum seal the insert to fit in the original box or source a larger box to return the bed.

1. What makes these inserts chemically safe?

The outer shell is spun nylon certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, meaning it's tested and verified free of harmful chemical residues. The fill is Eco-Fill fiber, a hypoallergenic material made from recycled water bottles that contains no added chemicals or flame retardants — so it's safe for pets, and for kids who might be crawling around the bed too.

2. How do I know which size to order?

Use the sizing chart found in the images of this page as your starting point, but keep in mind every brand cuts its bolster rings a little differently — our listed "width" is half the width of the fabric we cut. If you're replacing an insert in a bed that isn't ours, measure your existing ring and email us at admin@sitstayforever.com before ordering; we're happy to build a custom size for an additional 20% over the next closest size. We also cut the length slightly long on purpose so you can fold back any excess when you stuff it into the cover.

3. How do I wash and dry it?

Machine wash on cool. When it comes out, hand-squeeze as much water out as you can before drying — either on very low heat in the dryer or laid out in the sun. Avoid high heat, which can damage the fiber fill.

4. What if I need to return or exchange it for a different size?

Since each insert is custom-built to order, returns work a bit differently than our other products. If you feel the need to return the bed you will be responsible for shipping the beds back to our shop. The insert must be unused, clean, and free of pet hair. You can choose store credit (we waive the 10% restocking fee) or a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping plus a 10% handling fee). If your insert arrives damaged or we made an error, we cover all shipping costs — no questions asked. You can find more details about returns in the "Shipping & Return" tab
